1. Information We Do Not Collect
At LetsConvert, user privacy is our highest priority. We do not store, view, or parse any files you upload to our servers permanently. All conversions are performed dynamically either in-memory or locally via your web browser cache. Any fallback conversions that are routed to our server nodes are completely and automatically purged from our servers after exactly 1 hour.
2. Cookies and Logs
We use minimal cookies necessary for website diagnostics, light/dark mode preference caching, and security checks. Our web servers automatically collect basic visitor metadata (IP addresses, browser details) for security audits and anti-abuse protection, which is automatically rotated and purged every 14 days.
3. Third-Party Integrations
We do not share, sell, or distribute your email addresses, settings parameters, or usage stats with any third-party marketing entities.
